AT3500S is an automatic PCB cleaning machine, designed to clean semiconductor products such as BGA, Flip-Chip, SIP package, FCCSP, IGBT, lead frame, PLP, IC carrier board and other products. This cleaning machine is using DI water as cleaning agent to wash the products.
